Due to the nature of the digital content (3D models, data, etc.) sold in our store, we do not accept returns or refunds after purchase and download.
However, we will respond individually only in the following cases:

If there is a serious defect in the product due to a problem on our side
If any of the above applies to you, please contact us via the inquiry page within 7 days of your purchase . We will review the details and take appropriate action (re-sending/replacing/refund, etc.).
2. Physical Products (Goods, etc.)
For physical products (products that require shipping), we follow the following policy:

As a general rule, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations in the following cases:

In this case, the shipping costs for returns and re-shipment will be borne by our store.
